I cannot say enough good things about Katey and Derek’s wedding at Valleybrook Country Club. The weather might have been quite windy, but everyone’s spirits were just soaring. It was a beautiful early spring day, a little on the chilly side, but still a beautiful wedding day.

During our pre-marital ceremony planning sessions, we discovered that we’re all big fans of the television series Friends. I love it when my couples incorporate into the ceremony text their likes, their hobbies, and their love stories. As their love of Friends was rather well known among their family and friends, we all got a laugh when the ceremony began: “This is the One Where Katey and Derek Get Married. . . Finally!” as if it were an episode of their favorite show.
